It is absolutely possible to inspect the vehicle once your booking has been confirmed. If you wish to do so in advance, or make your choice among the available vehicles, please contact us directly to arrange a visit and ensure the vehicle is available at our premises.

From our website, select the type of experience you want (self-drive or event - with chauffeur, commercial, or exhibition), the pick-up day, and the return day. Then choose from the available vehicles.

Chauffeur Service: MotorShare provides a professional driver who will transport you from point A to point B as specified. This service is also available for private events such as weddings, business trips to the airport, and luxury evening outings to restaurants or theatre events.

Commercial Service: The vehicle is used for visual purposes such as advertising, photoshoots, or promotional events. This service includes a MotorShare representative responsible for the vehicle for the entire period of the service.

The vehicle selected at the time of booking is the one you will have on the desired day. However, it may happen, for technical reasons and absolutely beyond our control, that the vehicle is no longer available and/or no longer in a condition to be driven for your event. In such cases, MotorShare commits to contacting you as soon as possible if the reservation is affected by any issue. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include replacing the reserved vehicle with another vehicle of the same category (Essential, Premium, or Private, as specified on the website) or offering you a vehicle of a higher category.

The price is based on a fixed daily rate, which varies for each vehicle category. In addition to this base price, any selected options (chauffeur, extra days, etc.) and applicable promotions (weekday rental discounts, promo codes, etc.) will influence the final cost.

How long does a wedding take?
Planning a wedding involves meticulous timing. A church ceremony typically lasts around 60 minutes, while a civil ceremony usually takes about 30 minutes. However, we understand the importance of savoring each moment of your special day. Hence, we do not impose late fees for the service. We recommend estimating the total duration required for your event, including all stages of the wedding, to ensure a seamless experience. While we do not charge for late starts, additional fees may apply if delays extend the end time of the service. Is the car adapted for the event?
With the exception of our Mercedes G-Class, sports cars are not necessarily compatible with certain wedding outfits. Before choosing a small sports car, please ensure that it offers sufficient space for an elegant entry and exit. Please contact us for any special requests.

Can children enjoy the vehicle?
Our chauffeurs are understanding and appreciate the unique nature of your event. Although our vehicles are selected to generate interest, we offer a flexible and comprehensive chauffeur service for the bride and groom or for the customer and his passengers, not a driving workshop or attraction for event guests. We are delighted to allow enthusiastic children to view the vehicle, within the guidelines set by the chauffeur. For safety reasons, the chauffeur reserves the right to decline rides for children. Additionally, the chauffeur may relocate the vehicle if the area is deemed unsuitable or if children are playing nearby.

What is the driver's outfit?
The chauffeur for your wedding will be dressed discreetly and elegantly. Please discuss any specific attire expectations with the chauffeur when booking your dream car, if necessary.

Can I drink alcohol in the car?
Alcohol consumption in the vehicle is permitted at the discretion of the chauffeur. Any misuse may result in additional charges. For further details, please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us directly for a tailored response and offer suited to your event."

Fuel costs charged as hourly rates are included in the price when you make your reservation.

MotorShare vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, properties of the Passenger are carried entirely at the Passenger’s own risk and MotorShare will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property. Please check our terms and conditions or contact us for more details.

If you book in advance (at least 5 days before the pickup date), we offer a 48-hour period to change your mind without any charges. After the 48-hour cooling-off period, a non-refundable fee of 20% will be charged to secure your booking.

Note, this policy does not apply to last-minute bookings (less than 5 days before the pickup date). Within 72 hours of the rental start date, the full amount will be automatically charged.

Yes, you can request an extension of your rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved by MotorShare. Additional charges will apply.

All costs are outlined in the rental agreement and terms and conditions. Additional charges may apply for excess kilometers, late returns, fuel, and optional insurance plans.
